- Determine insurance coverage, formulary products, and plan limits
- Navigate prior authorization process
- Monitor prior authorization re-certification dates
- Monitor patients’ prescription refill expiration
SUPPORT
- Counsel patients on their medical condition and related prescription(s)
- Monitor adherence and compliance
- Answer patient questions
PROVIDE
- Prescription medications, ancillary supplies, and devices, as available
- Optional shipping directly to your office for medication administration or prescriber dispensing
- Overnight delivery service, as necessary
- Triage services to transfer your referral to the contracted network pharmacy provider if we are not part of a plan’s network
